- 1 lb. uncooked Dreamfields pasta (low carbs!!!)
- 3 small heads cauliflower
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup starchy boiling water from pasta pot

Carne Asada with Tomato Corn Salsa, Avocado and Arugula
- Ingredients:
- Serves 4
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seed
- 3 limes, juiced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 – 1 1/2 pound flank steak (depending on your appetites)
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels (about 1 ear of corn)
- 1 cup chopped fresh tomato (about 2 tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup minced red onion, rinsed with cool water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 4 (8-inch) round flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 2 handfuls of arugula

Place all the ingredients, except the orange zest, in a blender and mix until fully combined and creamy
- Approximately 4 original or 8 snack-sized HoneyBells, squeezed to make 1 cup juice (or 1 cup store-bought orange juice)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup fat-free and/or sugar-free vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange sorbet
- 1 tsp. orange zest, finely grated, for garnish

- 1 1/3 cups of Strawberries
- 2/3 cup of Rhubarb
- 2 Tablespoons of honey
- 2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
Pumpkin-Cranberry Pancakes

In a small pan toast the pecans over medium heat until they release a nutty aroma
- 1 and 1/2 cup flour
- 3 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4-1/2 cup dried cranberries (as much or as little as you like)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted (optional)
- cinnamon syrup (optional)
