Stuffed Pepper Soup

In a large pan brown your hamburger
- You will need :
- 3 cups of brown rice OR you can do what I do and use the Cauli-Rice Recipe below if you are following Low Carb or Paleo
- 1 lb ground beef.. lean as you can find
- 1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup of red bell pepper
- 1 cup of finely chopped onion
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped ( I use minced)
- 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes (14.5 oz ones)
- 1 (14 oz) can of tomato sauce
- 2 cups of fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3-1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Reese's Peanut Butter Cups for decoration
Pizza Ring

Sprinkle the yeast over the water and let it sit for about 5 minutes, or until you see it foam and bubble slighty
- 1 pkg active dry yeast (21/4 tsp.)
- 1-1/3 cup water (about 90 - 100 degrees)
- 2 TBSP. olive oil
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp.dried rosemary
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp. chili flake
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 TBSP. coarse salt (optional)
- 1/2-1 cup grated parmeasan cheese

MELT butter in large saucepan
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) chicken broth
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled (optional)
Thai-Style Rice

- 1 cup uncooked long-grain Jasmine rice
- 2 cups canned coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint or chives, more for garnish
Slow Cooker Chicken & Dumplings with Biscuits

These slow cooker chicken and dumplings made with Grands! Jr
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast or 6 skinless chicken thighs
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 2 small packages Grands Jr biscuits (10 biscuits)

Cranberry Orange Pie with Graham Cracker Crust

Directions: 1. Insert 1⁄2 frozen banana 2
- Ingredients: 2 Cups finely ground cinnamon graham crackers, 4 Tablespoons coconut oil, Cranberry Orange Yonanas.
- 1 . Preheat oven to 365 degrees
- 2 . In a food processor, pulse cinnamon graham crackers until they resemble fine grains of sand
- 3 . In a bowl combine 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 4 tablespoons coconut oil. Note: if coconut oil is solid, place jar in pan of warm water until it liquefies
- 4 . Form crust in pie shell and bake 15-18 minutes
- 5 . After pie shell cools, fold in double recipe of Cranberry Orange Yonanas
- 6 . Freeze minimum 4 hours or overnight.
- 7 . Thaw 5 minutes before serving in order to cut pie evenly
- Ingredients: 2 frozen ripe bananas, 1⁄2 cup frozen cranberries, 1 teaspoon orange zest (zest from half an orange).
