Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip with Crab

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Stir together first 6 ingredients and 1 cup pepper Jack cheese
- 1/4 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 1/4 cups (5 oz.) shredded pepper Jack cheese
- 1 (10-oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 (14-oz.) can medium-size artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 pound fresh jumbo lump crabmeat, drained and picked
- Crackers and assorted fresh vegetables

- 4 cups honeycrisp or granny smith apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeeze is best
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3/4 c peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Heat oven to 400ºF. 2
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Sausage and Bread Stuffing

Cook sausage with onion and celery
- 1 bag of bread w/seasoning mix from LaFarm
- 1 lbs. pork ground sausage
- 3 celery, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 large egg beaten
- onion, chopped (I use dry onion)
- Large can (s) of chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- note if you can't find LaFarm / then use l 1lb of good quality white, sourdough, multigrain and use 1 tbls. of dried sage and salt and pepper to taste

- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Mix marinade ingredients well and set aside

- 1 package good season's dry italian dressing
- 3 cups veg. oil
- 3/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup red cooking wine
- 1 freshly squeezed lemon (leave rind in marinade)
- 2 tbls. oregano
- 2 tbls. parsley
- 1 tbls. basil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4-5 fresh garlic cloves sliced
- 3 pounds pork (loin or butt)
- 1 loaf italian bread sliced

Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium-high heat
- Meat Preparation:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/4 pounds stew beef, cut in 1" pieces
- 6 large minced garlic cloves
- 8 cups beef stock, or canned beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 bay leaves

- 2 tablespoons butter, ¼ stick
- 3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled, cut into ½" pieces (about 7 cups)
