  • 1/4 c. onion (optional)
  • 1 - 2 cups sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 - 10 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon, salt
  • pepper to taste
  • Before baking mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can of milk. Spread over casserole.
