- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 medium yellow onions , diced
- 1 small red bell pepper , seeded and diced
- 1 small green bell pepper , seeded and diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper , finely diced
- 6 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 pounds (910 g) ground turkey, 94% lean
- 3 tablespoons (24 g) chili powder
- 1 tablespoon (6 g) ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons (2 g) dried oregano
- 1½ teaspoons (4 g) ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon (2.3 g) smoked paprika
- ¼ cup (60 mL) tomato paste
- 2 cups (475 mL) low-sodium gluten-free chicken stock
- 1 (28-ounce/793-gram) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce/425-gram) can pumpkin puree
- 1½ teaspoons (9 g) kosher or fine sea salt
- Optional toppings:
- Fresh cilantro , chopped
- Avocado , sliced
- Jalapeño peppers , thinly sliced
- Green onions , sliced
- Hot sauce
- Lime wedges
Beef, broccoli, red pepper, mushroom stir fry

Simple & tasty stir fry
- 3/4 lb sirloin sliced thin
- 3 cups broccoli flowerets
- 1 red bell pepper sliced thin
- 3 oz shitake mushrooms sliced thin
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 3 heads garlic pressed
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- Onions or shallots opt.
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Beef marinade:
- 1/2 tsp arrowroot
- 1 tsp dry sherry
- 1 tsp Tamari
- Strir fry sauce:
- 1/4 cup broth
- 1 tsp arrowroot powder
- 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp tamari
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar

- INGREDIENTS
- 1 small apple, diced (or 1 cup applesauce, no added sugar)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, halved (or 1 cup strawberry jam, fruit juice-sweetened)
- 3 cups rolled oats, divided
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¾ cup water
- 3 tablespoons flaxseed, ground
- 8 Medjool dates, pitted and diced
- ¾ cup pecan pieces

- Cream together add:
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 5 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Add 1 pkg taco mix
- Spread on platter and top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, cheese, onion, sliced olives, jalepenos.

- 2 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 small ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh mixed berries (i used strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)

- 1 medium (120 grams) banana, mashed
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/4 cups (100 grams) rolled oats (certified gluten-free if necessary)
- 1 large (30 grams) egg white
- 1 1/2 cup (370 grams) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup (185 grams) fresh berries

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1/4 cup + 2 T coconut oil
- 225 grams dark chocolate, chopped roughly (I used a 100% Baker's chocolate)
- 3/4 cup coconut palm sugar
- 2 large eggs (can sub for 2 flax eggs or ener-g egg replacement)
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 3 T arrowroot powder (can sub for corn starch if not strictly paleo)
