Pineapple Cheese Ball

Mix all ingredients leaving one cup chopped pecans out
- 2 - 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 - 8 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp seasoning salt

- Olive oil or nonstick cooking spray, for the grill
- 1 pound crabmeat, picked over for shells or cartilage
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

Cut the baked potato in half and scoop the flesh into a large bowl; discard the skin

Japanese Mum's Chicken

We have a Japanese girl Tomoko living with us, and tonight she and I cooked a Japanese dinner for us and her friend...
- 8 chicken drumsticks, skin on (the skin is important for flavour, and is so tasty to eat!)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and bruised
- 1 small hot chili pepper, slit open, seeds removed

I have been making this recipe for years, it is *the best* manicotti recipe hands down! --- I have made this many t
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 teaspoons fresh garlic (no more than that or the garlic will overpower the other ingredients!)
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided (can use a bit more)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (can use more)
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2-1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach (cooked according to package directions, then hand-squeezed dry to remove excess moisture)
- 8 manicotti, cooked and drained (you might use more shells so I would cook 10)
- 4 -6 cups marinara sauce (see my recipe#136292)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (or to taste)

- 1 lb dried black beans
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 10 cups water
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, pounded
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Honey Dijon Mustard Pork Loin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (3 to 4-pound) boneless pork loin
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

- 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup any flavor FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
