Warm Picnic Burritos ("Burritos De Machaca")

Combine the Maggi sauce, water, lime juice, garlic, chile, salt, and pepper, to taste, in a medium-size bowl
- 2 tablespoons Maggi sauce* or 1 tablespoon soy sauce, plus 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 serrano chile, stemmed, seeded, and minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 (2 to 3-pound) skirt steak, trimmed and cut into 3 pieces
- 3 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups diced onion
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 serrano chiles, stemmed, seeded, and minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- Lime wedges, for serving

Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

1. Spray crock pot and evenly spread hash browns at the bottom
- 1 bag 26 oz. frozen hash browns
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 16 oz. roll sausage maple, sage or regular sausage.
- Salt and pepper
- 16 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
Swedish Meatballs with Lingonberry Sauce

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 pound each ground beef, pork, and veal (or all beef if you prefer)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons salt
- Few grinds black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 3 pieces white bread, crust removed, torn and soaked in whole milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chicken stock
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 to 2 tablespoons black currant jam
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
- Lingonberry jam, for serving

In a large bowl cream butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup semisweet mini chocolate morsels
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 pounds chocolate bark candy coating, melted

This is the BEST recipe for hot wings and I have tried many others over the years ---I make these quite often at my
- 3 lbs chicken wings, cut in two and tip removed
- 1/2 cup ketchup (I have even used the hot ketchup for this!)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (use more or less, depending on amount of heat desired)
- 2 -3 minced fresh garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons minced dried onions
