Combine sugar, water and Karo syrup
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Karo Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 5 1/2 oz Marshmellow Creme
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- Pecans (optional)

- 8 ears corn (still in the husk)
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 2 fresh jalapenos, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 stick salted butter, cut into pieces

In a medium bowl, combine chicken, celery, basil and almonds
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 rib minced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Easy to put together casserole for a future dinner on the run!
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (turkey is good too)
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning
- 1 (15 -30 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 cup cheese, grated (reserve in it's own baggie)
- 1 cup tomato, chopped (optional)
- 1 cup guacamole (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
- 5 cups tortilla chips (optional)

- 1 cup carrot, diced
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 fresh diced garlic clove
- 1 fresh diced garlic clove
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- 4 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, diced (optional)
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies, diced
- 1 (1 1/4-1 1/2 ounce) packet taco seasoning, I use McCormicks
- 1 (10 count) package corn tortillas (broken or cut into small pieces)
- 12 ounces chicken meat, poached, diced
- 1 cup milk
- 12 ounces monterey jack cheese or 12 ounces Mexican blend cheese, shredded
- 12 ounces Mexican blend cheese, shredded

- 4 large cloves garlic, grated or minced
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
