Basil Pesto

Pounding the basil releases its flavorful oils into the pesto more readily
- 1/4 1/4 cup 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted (or substitute almonds or walnuts)
- 3 3 medium cloves 3 medium cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 2 2 cups 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves (optional)
- 7 7 tablespoons 7 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt
- 1/4 1/4 cup 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese or Pecorino Romano
- Ground black pepper
Cadbury Egg Inspired Trifle

Pour marshmallows into a large microwave safe bowl, drizzle water over top
- 12 Oreo Cookies (I used Spring variety)
- 4 cups marshmallows (about 2/3 of a 16 ounce bag)
