- all-purpose flour - 3 tbsp
- quick cooking oats - 3 tbsp
- brown sugar - 3 tbsp
- ground cinnamon - 3 tsp
- cold butter - 2 tbsp
- caramel ice cream topping - personal taste

- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 pkg Catelli Healthy Harvest Yolk free Extra Broad Noodles

- Dressing:
- 1 clove garlic pureed
- 3-5 basil leaves (1-2 tsp dry)
- 1-2 tsp chopped oregano
- 1/4 red onion pureed

- 1/4-1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
