- Bulk Mix:
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup tbsp wheat germ
- 3/4 cup tbsp brown sugar
- 9 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 cups instant skim milk powder
- 1/2 cup baking powder
- 3 tsp baking soda
- 4 tsp salt
