Cook mostaccioli according to package directions
- 2-1/2 cups uncooked mostaccioli
- 8 bacon strips, diced
- 1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) whole mushrooms, drained
- 3/4 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 6 to 8 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Sue's Chicken Salad

Mix together and top with velveta cheese (cubed) and potato chips in ungreased 3 quart casserole dish
- 4 C chopped chicken (6-7 breasts)
- 4 C sliced celery
- 1 C blanched slivered almonds
- 2 C potato chips
- 2 C velveta cheese
- 3/4-1 quart (32oz) Hellman's Mayo
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 T onion grated or some onion salt
- 4 tsp lemon juice

Dreamy Coconut Frosted Cake

Directions PREPARE CAKE: Bake the cake according to package directions, preparing in a 9x13" pan
- For the Cake:
- Ingredients
- 1 (16.5 oz.) box Devil's Food chocolate cake mix + ingredients to prepare cake, as specified on the box
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. cream of coconut*
- 1 c. sweetened flaked coconut
- For the Coconut Whipped Cream Frosting:
- 1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) whipping cream
- 1/2 c. (4 oz.) cream of coconut*
- small pinch salt
- 1 c. sweetened flaked coconut
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate squares (or about 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips)
- 1 tsp. shortening
Mom's Bean Dip

Spread bean dip on bottom of plate
- 2 cans bean dip
- 1/2 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 C miracle whip
- 2 advocados peeled and diced
- 1 bunch green peppers with tops(diced)
- 1 can ripe pitted olives
- 4 oz sharp cheddar
- 2 med. tomatoes
Savory Italian Rice Bake - Rice a Roni

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Rice a Roni mix as directed
- 1 (6.9 oz.) pkg. Rice a Roni chicken flavor
- 3/4 lb. Italian sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 sm. zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Jenny's Chili

- 4 lbs ground meat
- 4 chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- 4 cans whole tomatoes
- 2 cans beans
- 4 bay leaves
- 12 whole cloves
- 8 Tbls Chili powder
- 2 dashes paprika
Oatmeal Peanut Butter Choc

In a mixer, cream together butter, sugars, and peanut butter
- Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup peanut butter

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbs vanilla
- 1/2 cup margarine (melted)

Smothered Chicken

- FOR THE CREAMED SPINACH:
- 1 large bag of spinach leaves
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 C shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 T red onion, minced
- 2 T olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- FOR THE SAUTEED MUSHROOMS:
- 8 ounce package of mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 C white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- FOR THE CHICKEN:
- 4-5 boneless chicken breasts
- 8-10 slices Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/8 inch slices
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T seasoned salt, like Lawry's
- 1 teaspoon pepper
