Oatmeal, Cranberry and Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Directions Put an oven rack in the center of the oven
- Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 (4-ounce) 60 percent cacao bittersweet chocolate bar (recommended: Ghirardelli), chopped into 1/4-inch chunks
- Special equipment: a 4-ounce (1/2 cup) ice cream or cookie scoop
Fudge

Cook sugar, milk and butter until it begins to boil
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 can milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1 pkg chocolate or peanut butter chips
Crisco Frosted Sugar Cookies

1.HEAT oven to 375° F. Coat baking sheets with no-stick cooking spray
- Crisco® Butter Flavor No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 package Pillsbury® Moist Supreme® Sugar Free Classic Yellow Premium Cake Mix
- 1/3 stick Crisco® Baking Sticks All-Vegetable Shortening
- OR 1/3 cup Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 large egg
- 1 container Pillsbury® Creamy Supreme® Sugar Free Vanilla Flavored Frosting
- Sugar free decorator sprinkles or candy bits of your choice (optional)
Paradise Macaroons

Directions Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- Ingredients
- 2 (7 to 8-ounce) packages sweetened shredded coconut
- 2 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large egg whites at room temperature
- 5 ounces granulated sugar
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 ounce vegetable shortening
- 2 ounces finely chopped dry-roasted macadamia nuts
JoAnne's Potatoes (Double)

Melt margarine, add cheese and mayo
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 lb Obrien Potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 Cup mayo
- 1 stick butter
- 2 C crushed Rice Krispies
Michelle's Sauce

After browning sausage and onion, drain and add rest of ingredients and simmer
- 2 lb Hot Italian Sausage
- onion - brown together
- 2 large cans of petite diced tomatoes
- 3 soup size cans tomato sauce
- (add 1/4 can of water from each can)
- 1 can tomato paste
- oregano
- basil
- Italian Seasoning
- Crushed Red Pepper
Mom's Chili

Brown beef and onion together
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 1 big chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- salt
- pepper
- 3 cans chili hot beans
- 1 fat can of whole tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3-4 Tbs chili powder
- little bit of water (fill tomato can 1/2 way)
Lipton Onion-Roasted Potatoes

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 1 env. Lipton onion recipe soup mix
- 2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes, cut into lg. chunks
- 1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Mandarin Orange Salad

Toss salad ingredients and cover with dressing
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch pepper
- 1/2 tsp tobasco sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- Mix all above in cruet for dressing
- Lettuce (chopped)
- celery (2 stalks)
- 4 green onions
- 2 11 oz cans mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds (browned with a little butter)
Michelle's Meatballs

Mix all together and form meatballs
- 2 lb ground beef (lean)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbs Parsley
- cover with Salt
- cover with Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tbs Grated Imported Romano Cheese
- 3/4 cup water
