Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil
- 6 to 7 medium red potatoes (about 2 pounds)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise

- 2 to 3 dill pickle spears, chopped

Spicy Shredded Beef Sandwiches

Preparation 1. Rinse beef and trim off excess fat
- 2 1/2 pounds boned beef chuck
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chopped tomatoes
- 1 can (7 oz.) chipotle sauce (see notes), or 7 ounces spicy salsa
- 1 can (4 oz.) diced jalapeño chiles, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ground dried New Mexico chile or regular chili powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cups beef broth
Crab Meat Dip

Triple recipe... Add all ingredients (heat to mix cheese) and then cook for 12 minutes and 400 degrees
- 1 7oz can crab meat
- 2 jars Old English Spread
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 3 dashes tobasco
- 2 dabs garlic salt
Raw Kibby

Rinse wheat in pan of water
- 2 pounds lean ground lamb or beef
- 1 1/2 cups cracked wheat, fine (burghol)
- 1 large onion, ground
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cold water
Oven Fried Chicken

Directions Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and pour the buttermilk over them
- 2 chickens (3 pounds each), cut in 8 serving pieces
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil or vegetable shortening
Orange Salad

Combine lettuce, oils, parsley, green onions & oranges in bowl
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce
- 2 - celery chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 4 green onions (slivered)
- 2 - 11 oz. oranges
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup butter
- Dressing - 1 tsp. salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp tabasco
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- Make ahead & chill.
