Cook the rice as you prefer, on the stove top or in a rice cooker
- 4 c. short grained rice cooked
- 1 lb seitan, or spicy vegetarian sausage, etc.
- 1 cup each of 1-2 vegetables to pan fry (zucchini, broccoli, bok choy, …)
- 4 cups lettuce,
- 1/2 cup red onions,
- 1 avocado,
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots,peppers, …
- bottled sauce of your choice (sweet chili sauce works well)
- toasted sesame seeds, lime zest, crisped bits of garlic, sliced green onions etc for garnish.
