Garam Masala Hummus with Toasted Sesame Seeds

Creamy, garlicky hummus infused with the bold flavor of garam marsala
- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, half liquid drained
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (1.5 small lemons)
- 3 small cloves garlic, grated or minced
- 1/3 cup tahini
- pinch paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garam masala (storebought or recipe here)
Summer Garden In a Jar

Place carrots, beans, cauliflower, onions, celery and peppers in 1 or 2 large bowls
- 4 cups carrots, sliced
- 4 cups green beans, cut
- 10 cups cauliflower flowerets
- 1 cup onion rings
- 4 cups celery, cut in 2" pieces
- 4 cups green peppers, cubed
- 6 cups red peppers, cubed
- 2 cups pickling salt
- 12 cups water
- 12 cups vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon whole peppercorns
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 1/3 cup celery seed
- 1/3 cup mustard seed
- 2 tablespoons ground turmeric
- 2 cups pitted small black olives
Tandoori Chicken

For those who like it spicy, it can be spiced up by doubling, or tripling, the amount of red cayenne pepper
- 2 whole, small frying chickens
- 1 medium onion, coarsly chopped
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup plain, whole milk yoghurt
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. garam masala
- 5 Tbsp. ghee
Mounds Cake

Bake cake as directed and split layers
- 1 box Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 14 oz Coconut Flaked
- 16 regular Marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 4 squares unsweeted chocolate
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Water
- dash Salt
- 1/4 cup Butter
Thai Red Curry with Vegetables and Coconut Milk

1.Heat the oil in a large pan or wok, once warm saute the onions until soft
- Vegetables I Used:
- 2 2 2 tbsp vegetable oil or coconut oil
- 1 1 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 3 3 garlic cloves minced or thinly sliced
- 1 1 piece 1 small piece of (peeled) finely chopped ginger
- 2-3 2-3 to tbsp red curry paste, adjust to taste*
- 1 1 1 tsp ground turmeric**, optional
- 1-2 1-2 to tbsp fish sauce***, optional & adjust to taste
- to splash of soy sauce, adjust to taste
- 1 1 400 13.5 coconut milk, 400 ml or 13.5 oz (or use half coconut milk & half vegetable broth)
- 1 1 1 small eggplant, cubed
- 1 1 1 small red bell pepper, evenly cut
- small head small head of broccoli or as many florets as desired
- small bunch small bunch of fresh baby spinach

Cook broccoli and cauliflower
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli, chopped
- 10 ounces frozen cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Hoisin Peanut Dipping Sauce

Combine peanut butter, water and soy sauce in a small bowl until smooth
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil

- dash hot pepper sauce
