- 1-2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium white onion, chopped
- 1 large can of diced tomatoes
- 2 garlic wedges, minced
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup creamy roasted peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Spectrum vegan shortening (Whole Foods)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Crab Cake Ingredients:
- Makes 8 three-inch cakes
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbl fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 Tbl parsley, chopped
- 1.5 Tbl coconut flour
- 2 Tbl coconut oil

- CRUST:
- 3/4 cup pecans (finely chopped)
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 2 Tablespoons butter (melted)
- FILLING:
- 16 ounces cream cheese -- softened
- 1 cup splenda
- 15 ounces pumpkin (one can)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice (you can add more if desired!)
