Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Powered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • juice and rind of one lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, flour and powered sugar.( I cut as for pie crust).
Press into 8x8 inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
Mix remaining Ingredients. Pour into baked crust.
Bake 25 Min. More. When cooled sprinkle with powered sugar.
