Kristi's Favorite Lemon Bundt Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Icing
Ingredients
- Lemon Bundt Cake:
- 1 lemon box cake mix
- 1 small box instant lemon pudding (3.4oz.)
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Lemon Cream Cheese;
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 5 Tsoftened butter
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 T milk

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350
preheat oven to 350F
Grease bundt pan well and set aside.
Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer until well combined.
(the batter will be thick.)
Pour into the greased bundt pan and bake on 350F for 60 minutes until it springs back when pressed.
Allow it to cool before turning the bundt cake out.
Lemon Cream Cheese Icing
with an electric mixer, cream together the cream cheese and butter.
Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and lemon juice and milk untilthe desired consistency is reached.
Pour over your bundt cake and serve,
