Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 C water
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t thyme or basil
- 2/3 C dried bread crumbs
- paprika to taste
- 4 chicken breast halves
- vegetable cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
In sauce pan mix soup, water, lemon, and thyme or basil. On a platter or low bowl mix bread crumbs and paprika. Dip chicken breasts in soup mixture and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place chicken on baking sheet and then spray the tops with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for about an hour or until no longer pink turning at lest once and re-spraying the top after turning. Heat the remaining soup mixture and pour over baked chicken just prior to serving.
