Spinach and Tuna Soup

Ingredients

  • 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 c chicken broth
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 2/3 c chopped onion
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c half and half cream
  • 1 can flaked tuna

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach in the broth.
Saute onions in butter in saucepan
Stir in flour,seasonings and spinach mixture.
Cook,stirring,util thickened.
Stir in cream and tuna.
Heat through.
Makes about 6 servings.
