Ingredients

1/4 C. Lavender Simple Syrup*
1/4 C. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 C. Sparkling Water

Step 1

*Make Lavender Simple Syrup by boiling together 1/2 C. water & 1/2 C. sugar. Add 1 tsp. dried lavender & boil for a couple min. Set aside to cool completely. Strain the syrup to remove lavender buds. Transfer to a container with a tight-fitting lid & refrigerate till needed.

Gently stir all ingredients over ice & serve.
