Lemon Krispie Cookies (from cake mix)

Light, tangy cookies with the crunch of Rice Krispies. Another one for Heather! You can substitute other flavors of cake mix (orange is good)

Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 1 box lemon cake mix (with pudding)
• 1 cup Rice Krispies
• 1/2 c. melted butter
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 about 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 1 about 1 tsp. lemon juice
• Whisk together with small whisk ...adding sugar or juice until correct drizzle consistency

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients well. Form dough into 1" balls and put 2" apart on UNgreased cookie sheet. Bake a 350 for 9 min, or until edges are slightly golden. Cool on pan 1 min, then remove to wire racks. Drizzle glaze over cookies
