Lemon Meringue Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup pecans crushed
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 6 tablespoons sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Shell: Mix graham cracker crumbs and crushed pecans. Melt margarine and add it and sugar to crumb mixture. Press into pie pan.
Filling: Cream all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
Meringue: Beat egg whites until frothy then add cream of tartar. Gradually add sugar until stiff. Spread over filled pie crust.
Bake at 375 F for 10 to 15 minutes until meringue is brown.
