I love how incredibly fresh-tasting this salsa is… between the mango and pineapple, the bite from the red onion and jalapeño, and the pop from lime juice and cilantro, it’s an amazing combination.

- 2 cups ripe mango, peeled, cored and diced small
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- Salt, to taste
