Lickity Split Lemonade Bread

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Shortening
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbs. + 1/3 Cup Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan. In a large bowl, beat all ingredients except the 1/3 cup lemonade concentrate with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Loosen bread from edges of pan. Pour 1/3 cup concentrate over bread. Cool in pan on cooling rack 15 minutes; remove from pan.
