Hummus (+chickpea?) Avocado Sandwich

I call this the "power sandwich". Easy to assemble and loaded with nutrition!
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 2 Tbsp hummus
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- (could add basil or lettuce...or any veggie they like!)
- (you could even mash up avocado and chickpea together!)
