Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/3 c oil
- 1/4 c water
- 1 c plain yogurt
- 1 c egg substitute
- 3 T lemon juice (or more, to taste)
- 1/2 t lemon zest
- 3 T poppy seeds
- Lemon Glaze:
- 1/2 c powdered sugar (or more to thicken)
- 2 T lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350, prepare bundt pan & cooling rack with paper or tray beneath.
Combine cake mix & sugar in mixing bowl, add next 4 ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 6 min. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour into prepared pan, bake for 40 mins, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan and drizzle with Lemon Glaze. Let cool completely on wire rack.
