Ingredients
- 1-3/4Cup1-3/4 Cup flour
- 1/4cup1/4 cup sugar
- 2-1/2tsp2-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4tsp3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4cup3/4 cup milk
- 11 beaten egg
- 1/3cup1/3 cup oil
- 1cup1 cup blueberries
- 2Tablespoon2 Tablespoon sugar
- 2tsp2 tsp grated lemon peel
- Glaze
- 1/8cup1/8 cup melted butter
- 1/4cup1/4 cup sugar
- 2Tablespoon2 Tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Combine milk, egg, and oil.
Add to dry ingredients, Stir quickly just until moist
Toss blueberries , 2 Tablespoon sugar and lemon peel. Stir gently into dough. Fill 12 regular muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 400 degrees for 22-25 minutes
While muffins are warm brush the glaze of melted butter, sugar and lemon juice over the tops
