Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 4 medium green onions, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño chile, seeded and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (14-ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, choppped

Step 1
In 3 qt saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat. Cook pork, stirring until brown. Add onions, chiles, and garlic. Cook and stir one minute.
Stir in broth and beans. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until heated through. Stir in cilantro and parsley.
