1-1/4 lbs orange roughy fillets
1 t season salt or to taste
pepper
paprika
3 T butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Put fish in a greased 11x7 baking dish. Sprinkle with season salt, pepper, paprika. Drizzle with melted butter. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
