- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 red or green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 (1/4 ounce) packages active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1 1/4 cups warm water (105 to 115 degrees F)
- 1 large egg slightly beaten
- 8 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons butter flavored vegetable shortening
Tom's "Tim the Tool Man" Stuffing

The name says it all! A Manly stuffing for Manly Men
- 1 Loaf bread(your choice-I personally prefer French Bread)cubed and dried
- 1 lb Italian or Andouille Sausage
- 6 slices Bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium Yellow Onion(Finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 can Chicken Broth (14.5 oz)
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Fresh Sage
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
- 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped Parsley
- Salt to taste with coarse or sea salt
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
- You can use dried herbs, but fresh ones give your stuffing a robust flavor.

- 1/4 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 cup all purpose Flour

My favorite breakfast version of a recipe that's been floating around the internet and smoked meat forums for years
- 1 lb sliced bacon
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 slices Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 Green Pepper(diced)
- 1/2 medium Onion(diced)
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper(diced)
- 1/2 cup rib/brisket rub
- 8 oz BBQ sauce
- 3 18" pcs wax paper(I like parchment paper)
- The rubs and BBQ sauce are my own recipes. "Off the shelf" versions work just as well.
BBQ Ribs-Texas Roadhouse

- Start With The Right Product:
- At Texas Roadhouse we use only American grown product. USDA #1 inspected fresh domestic Pork Loin Back Ribs. Starting with the right product will give you a legendary result.

- 2 pounds flank steak, skirt or sirloin steak
- Steak Marinade (see below)
- Fajita Seasoning mix (see below)

- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 1 gallon Ziploc bags
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp sugar
