Scrambled Egg Biscuit Cups

Perfect for Brunch!!
- 2 cups Biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup each of Sharp Cheddar, Parmesan, and Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 8 Eggs
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
- 8 oz. cooked meat**
- 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
- Additional bacon bits for topping
- **Use sausage, chorizo, ham, or any meat you desire

Combine ingredients in a blender
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1/3 cup Bacardi® white rum
- 1 cup crushed ice
Garlic-Glazed Chicken Breasts with Parmesan and Herbs

1. In a small bowl mix the glaze ingredients
- Glaze
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, 6 to 8 ounces each
- 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh dill
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass over ice
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz peach schnapps
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- 2 oz orange juice
Spicy Molasses and Ginger Barbecue Sauce

Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer for 4-6 minutes
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Texas BBQ Sauce

Mix all ingredients in a large pot
- 1-24 oz. Bottle of ketchup
- 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 3 qts. water
- 1 cup of any salsa-my wife's is the BOMB!)
- 1-medium onion (finely chopped)
- 2-tablespoons of minced garlic
- 2-cups of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of your favorite rub
- 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple and juice
- 2 tbps of worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbps of mustard
Huevos Rancheros

Classic Mexican Breakfast using Chile Verde sauce
- 12 8" corn tortillas
- 2 15 oz. cans chile verde sauce
- 1 28 oz. can refried beans
- 1/2 15 oz. can chicken stock
- 1 pkg. Spanish rice
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups Chorizo
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. Guacamole Authentico
- 8 oz. Mexican cheese blend
- 8 oz. Queso Blanco
- 1/2 head shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 cup fresh chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 cup oil
Bierocks - Old Fashioned Volga German Hamburgers

Bierocks were a staple food item at family gatherings(weddings, reunions, funerals, etc
- SWEET DOUGH:
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 (.25-ounce) packages active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 8 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup shortening
- FILLING:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound German sausage-casings removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 head cabbage, shredded (not diced or chopped!)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup melted butter

- •1 lb. beef sirloin strips
- •1 1/2 cups Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- •2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (optional)
- •1 bag frozen broccoli
- •Cooked rice
