Grandma Gina's Wontons

Mix all the ingredients. Scoop small spoonfulls into each wonton wrap
- 1 pound Hamburger
- 1 pound Ground Sausage
- 1 Handful of Clear Egg Noodles
- 1/2 cup of minced Garlic
- 1 cup of Carrots
- 2 cups cabbage shredded
- 1 cup of minced Onions
- 1/4 cup minced ginger
- 3-4 stalks of green onion
- 1 cube of tofu
- 1/2 cup of Soysauce
- Wonton Wraps
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 gallon zip lock bags
Chicken Crostina Main Dish

Procedures MIX all ingredients for Potato Crust in a bowl and set aside
- Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups & 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp roasted garlic, minced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 5 Tbsp Colavita® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lb linguine
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup roma tomatoes, cored & diced
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- POTATO CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 small potato, peeled & grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt & pepper to taste

Blend the first 4 ingredients then pour over the sliced meat
- 5 kiwis peeled
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 handfull of garlic
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce

- 1 13.5- or 14-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk

- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

- 2 teaspoons red curry paste
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 to 1/4 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 chicken legs (thigh-drumstick piece) or two 1- to 1-1/2-pound Cornish game hens, halved

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Ingredients
- 8 oz. dried bow tie pasta
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 to 1/2 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/2 cup oil-packed dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Pepperoncini Calamari (St. Maartin Style)

- Ingredients:
- 1 pound of thick ringed calamari
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 pinch of thyme
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 handful of sliced pepperoncini sliced
- 8 crumbled pieces of ritz crackers
- fish boulion to taste
- Garnish:
- parsley
- lemon wedges
