Benihana's Ginger dressing

By rejadez
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until very smooth
- 3/4 cup Chopped onion
- 3/4 cup Peanut oil
- 3-6 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons Water
- 3 tablespoons Fresh chopped ginger root
- 3 tablespoons Chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 41/2 teaspoon Tomato paste
- 41/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 4 teaspoons Lemon juice salt and pepper to taste
- Maybe 1 orange and 2 carrots. depending on taste

- 1 Cup Countrytime Lemonade mix
- 2 Cups of cold water
- 1 Can of chilled pineapple juice (46 oz.)

- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Wonderful Homemade canned pickles
- `Quart size wide mouth jars with canning rings and lids
- `Several peeled cloves of fresh garlic
- `Sprig of fresh dill
- `Red pepper flakes
- `Pickling cucumbers
- `Jar of alum (find in the spice section) ( I don't like this ingredient and take this out when I do mine)
- `Apple cider vinegar
- `Kosher salt
