- 3/4 cup softened butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
Baked Potato Casserole

Place potatoes in large saucepan
- 8 medium potatoes [about 31b) peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- Sliced green onions [optional)
Crick's Goulash

Brown hamburger with onions and green peppers, drain
- 1 jar Paul Neuman's Sockaroni Pasta Sauce
- 1-1/2 lbs Hamburger
- 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 4oz can sliced mushrooms
- 2 pks Sweet and Low
- 1 lb elbow macaroni cooked al dente
Hashbrowns, Cheesy

In large bowl combine all hash brown ingredients; mix well
- HASH BROWN INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg "Simply Potatoes" shredded hash browns
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 cups corn flakes, coarsley crushed
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Cheesecake Bars, Lemon

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® lemon or yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Seaside BLT Pasta Salad

Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water
- 1 box Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad ranch & bacon
- pasta salad mix
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 18 oz lump crab meat, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped and drained

- 6 loin pork chops (boneless)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 cup butter; softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp rum extract
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 30 maraschino cherries; drained and patted dry
- 2 tbsp sugar
- FOR GLAZE
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp rum extract
- 4 tsp maraschino cherry juice
