Carrot Cake

Sift all dry ingredients together, add oil and eggs one at a time
- Icing:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp bkg soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon

- 3 cups shredded carrots
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup nuts
- 4 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1 lb confec sugar
- 8 oz soft cream cheese
- 1 tsp van
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 4 oz crushed pineapple, drained
Egg-Sausage Bake Overnight

1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
Coconut Creme Pie

Bake pie shell per package instructions
- Meringue ingredients:
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tsp corn starch
- 3 tsp flour
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1 12oz can evaporated milk
- 12 oz whole milk
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 10 inch pie shell
- 5 egg whites
- 1 dash of cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup sugar
Autumn Soup

Cook beef until brown, add onion and cook until tender
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 3 cups water
- 1 cups chopped potatoes
- 1 cups chopped celery
- 1 cups chopped carrots
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1 bay leaf
- 16 oz frozen butter beans
- 16 oz frozen corn

Pizza,Upside Down

In a saucepan, cook the sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb italian sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Chicken Soup

Boil chicken and cut meat off
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 pouch Lipton chicken soup mix
- 1/4 cup long grain rice
She Crab Soup

Bring all ingredients to a light boil If doubling recipe, don't double crabmeat
- 1 lb crab meat
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 3 cups milk
- 8 oz half & half
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp old bay
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire,
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
Baked Potato Salad

Place the potatoes in a greased 15 X 10 X 1 inch baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper
- 5 lbs small unpeeled red potatoes, cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium vidalia onion, chopped
- 3 dill pickles, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoons mustard
Bacon Cheese Tartlet

Press dough into 12 X 9 rectangle
- 1 8oz can Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations
- 1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1 chopped medium green onion,
- 2 eggs
- 3 tblsp whipping cream
Ice Cream, Base

Beat eggs and sugar together in mixing bowl
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1-3/4 cups milk
- 1 cup of favorite fruit if desired
