Hash Brown Casserole

In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned
- 2 lbs Country Sausage (1 mild, 1 hot)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10-3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz french onion dip
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 1/4 cup red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1- 30 oz package shredded hash browns
Cheeseburger Buns

Dissolve yeast in warm water
- 1/2 oz active dry yeast
- 1/2 c warm water
- 3/4 c warm milk
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 c all purpose flour
- 1-1/2 lbs grnd beef
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 8 slices Amer cheese
Whipped Cream

Combine cream and vanilla in whipping bowl and place in refrigerator for at least one hour
- 2 cups whipping cream 35% fat
- 3 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Carolina Chili Cheese Dip

Layer each ingredient in a casserole dish and bake @ 350 degrees until cheese is bubbling
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 2 cans Hormel chili w/no beans
- 1/4 cup chopped Jalapenos peppers
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Hot Dog Chili

Combine all ingredients and cook over very low heat until meat is totally minced
- 2-1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
Honey Bun Cake

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ yellow cake mix
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix crust ingredients and press into 13 x 9 pan
- Crust:

- 1cup1 cup 10x sugar
- 1cup1 cup cool whip (from large container)
- 22nd Layer
- 2pkgs2 pkgs large chocolate instant pudding
- 4cups4 cups milk
- 33rd Layer
- Remaining cool whip from large container
Chowder, Country Chicken

- 2 tbls butter
- 1-1/2 lbs chicken tenders
- 2 sm chopped onions
- 2 sm sliced carrots
- 2 ribs celery
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 2 10-3/4 oz cans cream of potato
- soup
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 cup half & half
Brownies, Chocolate Chunk

Set the oven at 350 degrees
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup dark cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz semisweet or milk chocolate
Coffe Cake, Cherry Cheese

- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbls corn starch
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Fruit Filling
- 1 cup cherry, blueberry or apple pie filling
- Icing
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbls butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1-1/2 tablespoons milk
