Peanut Butter Brownie Trifle

Prepare brownie batter according to package directions; stir in peanut butter chips
- 1 fudge brownie mix
- 1 10 oz pkg peanut butter chips
- 2 13 oz pkg miniature peaut butter cups
- 4 cups cold milk
- 2 5.1 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 8 0z cartons frozen whipped topping, thawed
Breakfast Pudding, Savory Croissant

Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish w/1 tbls butter & set aside
- 4 tbls butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup green peppers
- 1/4 cup red peppers
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- 6 oz ham, diced
- 6 oz hot sausage, crumbled
- 8 eggs
- 3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup hvy cream
- 1-1/4 cups Emerils Orig Essence
- 8 cups torn croissants
- 8 oz Gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parm cheese
Deep Dish Salad

Coarsely break lettuce. Chop celery and green peppers
- I hd Lettuce
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 lg green pepper
- 10 oz frozen green peas(thawed)
- 1 onion, 1 can wtr chestnuts
- 1 c mayo
- 1 tbls sugar
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 lb bacon
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 tomatoes
Apple Sauce Cake

Mix all ingredients together and put in 9 x 13 pan
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1-1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp grnd cinnamon1/2 tsp grnd
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped raisins
- 1 jar (16 oz) applesauce
- 1 cup sugar
Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Melt cheese and blend in remainder of ingredients
- 4 tsp margarine
- 4 tsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
Apppetizer Balls, Sausage 'N Cheese

In a very large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well with hands or a wooden spoon
- Dippin' Sauce:
- 2 16 oz Regular or Hot fresh pork sausage
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1-3/4 cups bisquick
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
Better Than Sex Cake

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup veg oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 bar grated german chocolate
- 6 oz chocolate chips
Shrimp Creole

Saute onion and green peppers in large skillet until tender
- 1 lb cooked shrimp
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp tobasco
- 1 dash pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
Taco Dip

- 2 cans bean dip
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 1 cup black olives
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
Chowder, Corn and Crab

- 1 lb fresh lump crabmeat, drained*
- 6 bacon slices
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 1 med green bell pepper, diced
- 1 med onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 (32oz) container chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 3 cups fresh corn kernel (6ears)
- 1 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 pepper
- Oyster crackers
