- 2 Garlic Cloves, pressed in a garlic press
- 2 Egg Whites
- 4 tablespoons Corn Starch
- 3 medium sized Chicken Breasts, cubed into 1 inch pieces
- Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 medium Yellow Onion, diced
- 4 Green Onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 4 servings of Prepared White or Brown Rice

Broccoli Italian Style

Saute the garlic, red pepper and shallots in a large skillet with the olive oil for 3 minutes

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 small jar red peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil 2 12-cup muffin tins
- 1 pound buttermilk biscuits (about 12 2 1/2-inch biscuits) or 1/2 loaf stale white bread
- 1 batch cornbread from 8-inch-square pan, preferably not sweet (see note)
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) butter
- 1 large onion, chopped, (1 1/2 cups)
- 5 stalks celery, chopped (2 cups)
- 5 sage leaves, roughly chopped
- 10 ounces roasted chestnuts (store-bought is fine), chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound shiitake or cremini mushrooms (or a combination), chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 to 3 cups turkey broth

- 1 lbs oyster mushrooms, cut into 1″ wide pieces (I used a mixture of crimini, oyster and a few shitaki mushrooms)
- 1 large or 2 medium onions – quartered (note original recipe called for small frozen pearl onions – this worked just as well)
- 1 lbs brussel sprouts, trimmed, halved
- 2-1/2 cups low-salt chicken broth
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1-1/2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1-1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2/3 c whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs made from crust-less french bread
