Swedish Meat Balls

By Wewah
Form the meat into balls, and brown in a fry pan
- 4 lbs ground beef, or a combo of veal, pork, and beef.
- 1 bottle of currant jelly (about 12 oz)
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 bottle (empty chili sauce) of water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 medium onion, grated
Sweet Paul's Perfect Chunky Pesto

1. Place basil, pine nuts and garlic on cutting board
- 2 1/2 cups fresh basil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Cranberry Walnut Coleslaw

Mix vinegar,oil,sugar and celery seed and then toss with remaining ingredients in large bowl
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups each shredded red and green cabbage
- 1 cup coarsley chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Roasted Cauliflower Soup - Sweet Paul Magazine

Preheat oven to 380F. Place onion and cauliflower in a large oven proof dish and drizzle with olive oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cauliflower, broken into pieces
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup cream
- salt and pepper
Jamaican Cornmeal Porridge

Method 1. Pour milk into a saucepan over Medium-high heat 2
- Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cold Milk
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Pimento berries (Allspice)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Evaporated Milk
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
Avocado Chicken Salad:

Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred
- 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 chopped onion
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- 2 Tbsp cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste.
Chipotle and Rosemary Roasted Nuts

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Vegetable oil
- 3 cups whole roasted unsalted cashews (14 ounces)
- 2 cups whole walnut halves (7 ounces)
- 2 cups whole pecan halves (7 ounces)
- 1/2 cup whole almonds (3 ounces)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 teaspoons ground chipotle powder
- 4 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary leaves, divided
- Kosher salt
Tia Maria Espresso Martini

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- 3/4 cup espresso
- 1/2 cup Tia Maria
- 1/2 cup vanilla vodka
- 1 1/2 tablespoons agave nectar

Peach Chutney

In large saucepan, boil vinegar and sugar 5 minutes
- 1 1/4 cups vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 cup coarse chopped onions (about 2 onions)
- 7-8 large firm peaches, peeled and sliced (6 cups)
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Corn Pudding

- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick butter
