THE BEST potato soup recipe ever!

In large pot, boil potatoes in water 10 minutes
- 2 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes, sliced into small bite sized pieces
- 1/2 regular package uncooked bacon, finely diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 bunch celery, diced
- 8 cups milk
- 4 cups water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes (use a cup of the hot potato water to dissolve, then use the cup of hot water in place of one of the above cups of water)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup salted butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 bunch freshly chopped parsley
- 1 cup whipping cream
- For garnish:***
- Shredded cheese
- fried bacon bits
- chopped green onions
Chicken Pot Pie

Place inner pot in cooker
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine (optional)
- 2 10.5 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, diced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 1 pound bags mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 20 ounce bag refrigerated, diced and partially cooked potatoes
- 1 16.3 ounce can refrigerated biscuit dough
Potatoes on a Ranch

The Ranch dressing, bacon, and cheese is an excellent flavor combination that your Family and guest will love
- 10 medium potatoes (cut into 1/2” cubes)
- 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 bacon slices (cooked until crispy and crumbled)
Beef Bourguignon

Warm up a skillet, then add the bacon
- 6 slices thick cut bacon diced
- 3 lbs lean stew beef cut into 2" cubes
- 2 yellow onions, sliced
- 3 medium carrots, diced
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups red wine
- 3 cups beef stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled
- 20 pearl onions peeled/skinned (or use thawed frozen ones)
- An herb bouquet of (4 parsley sprigs, one bay leaf, and one quarter teaspoon thyme all tied in cheesecloth)
- 1 lb fresh white button mushrooms sliced
Chicken and Biscuit Bake

cross between chicken/biscuit and pot pie
- 3 cups (approx.) of cooked, shredded chicken (I used 2 breasts for this)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock or broth
- 1/4 cup (half of a stick) butter, melted
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies (allow to thaw for about 30 minutes before adding to recipe)
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- Pepper
