Momma's Creamy Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees F
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni (about 3 cups)
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups milk, divided
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 lb (16-ounces) cubed (1/2 inch size) Velveeta cheese
- 8 ounce shredded Kraft Mild Cheddar Cheese (about 2 cups), divided
- 8 ounce shredded Kraft Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Tortellini Soup

Note: It's better to eat it a few hours after it's made so the broth soaks up into the noodles
- 3 T olive Oil
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 3 stalks, celery, chopped
- 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion diced
- 10 oz box frozen spinach (unthawed)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans water
- 32 oz chicken broth
- Family size package of cheese or chicken tortellini, half cooked
Snickerdoodle Muffins

Instructions In a bowl, stir together the flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbs. sugar + 1 tsp. cinnamon for topping

1. In a Nonstick 12-Quart Stockpot , boil potatoes in water 10 minutes
- 2 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes, sliced into small bite sized pieces
- 1 regular package uncooked bacon, finely diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 bunch celery, diced
- 8 cups milk
- 4 cups chicken stock or broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 bunch freshly chopped parsley
- 1 cup whipping cream
- For garnish:***
- Shredded cheese
- fried bacon bits
- chopped green onions
Perfect Sugar Cookies

Instructions In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 Tablespoon milk
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar, add more depending on personal preference
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream, add more or less depending on personal preference. You can also use milk instead.
- food coloring if you want to change up the color.
Turkey Pot Pie

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix dressing, flour, bouillon and pepper in saucepan
- 1/2 c Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon1/8
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. milk
- 11/2 c. chopped cooked turkey
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls

- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
