Key Lime Pie -Joe's Stone Crab's

For the filling: Mix yolks, milk, juice, and zest
- For the Filling:
- Joe's Stone Crab's Key Lime Pie
- 5 egg yolks
- 2 cans (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- Zest of 1/2 lime
- For the Graham Cracker Crust:
- 10 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- Whipped cream, optional
Pistachio Pudding Salad

- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, undrained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallow
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 cups thawed non-dairy whipped topping
Cowboy casserole in a slow cooker

Directions 1. Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat
- Slow cooker cowboy potato casserole
- Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
- 6 medium red potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chili, undrained
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE

Slice squash and set aside
- 4 or 5 small to medium yellow squash, unpeeled and sliced in round pieces
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled (save drippings)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil or 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh chopped basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley or 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons white granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon bacon drippings
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup White Cheddar Cheese-It Cracker crumbs (could use Ritz or Cheddar Cheese-It Crackers)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
