- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) sliced potatoes, drained
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1-1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1 1/2 cups cooked pork, shredded bbq grilled or 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, grilled
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1 -(12 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 2 medium Tomatoes, ripe, roughly chopped
- 2 pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed, roughly chopped, plus additional for garnish
- 7 ounces white corn tortilla chips
- 1/3 cup sour cream, plus additional sour cream, for garnish
- 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (2lb) bag of frozen cubed hash browns (I have used shredded too. It's just personal preference.)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheese, + 1/2 cup for topping
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- Small bunch of green onions, sliced
- Corn flakes
