Jack Daniel's Honey Mustard

Put honey, vinegar, sugar, eggs and flour into blender a few seconds to blend at high speed until smooth
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dark vinegar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp prepared French's yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey
- 9 oz bottle Kraft's horseradish (cream)
Cider-Glazed Ham with Fuji Apples

Preheat oven to 350. Place ham in a roasting pan; pour half of cider over it
- Apples:
- 1 10 lb cook-before-you-eat ham
- 3 cups nonalcoholic sparkling cider, divided
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 20 cloves
- 8-10 small fuji apples
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 3 tbsp golden raisins
- 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Applebee's Baby Back Ribs

Put ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover them
- BBQ Sauce:
- 3 racks (about 1 lb each) pork baby back ribs, each cut in half
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp salt
Corn Muffin and Sausage Dressing

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 13 x 9" pan
- 3 corn muffins, broken into pieces
- 1 6 oz can refrigerated biscuit dough, baked according to instructions, cooled and broken into pieces
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 lb seasoned pork sausage, browned and drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 14 1/2 oz can chicken broth
Orange Julius

Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in blender
- 6 oz orange juice, from frozen concentrate, unprepared
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 ice cubes
Black & Blue Party Trifle

Prepare pudding according to package direction, using milk
- 2 boxes vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 oz each)
- 4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 16 oz pound cake
- 18 oz blackberries (4 cups), plus more for garnish
- 24 oz blueberries (5 cups), plus more for garnish
- 1 14-15 oz aerosol can whipped cream
- fresh mint, for garnish
Seedless Grape and Fruit Pizza

Preheat oven to 350. To prepare the crust, combine cake mix, graham cracker crumbs, walnuts and butter
- Crust:
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- Topping:
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
- 2 cups green seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 lb strawberries, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups blackberries or 1 cup blueberries
- 3 tbsp grape jelly

- 6 tbsp nonfat lemon yogurt
- 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
- 1 cup blueberries

Glazed Apple in Caramel Sauce

- Caramel Sauce:
- 4 large granny smith apples
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp Amaretto liqueur or caramel syrup (the kind used for coffee flavoring)
- whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
- toasted slivered almonds, for garnish
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- salt
- 3/4 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 lb firm white onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp corn oil
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 qt chicken broth
- 1 qt beef broth
- 8 slices french bread
- swiss cheese - shredded
- parmesean - grated
