In a medium bowl, toss cabbage with 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped Napa or Savoy cabbage
- Coarse salt
- 6 ounces ground pork, not all lean
- 3 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped, peeled fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 24 rectangular (3 1/2-by-3-inch) or square wonton wrappers
- 1 recipe Wonton Filling
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 scallions, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce, for serving

Combine the oats, flour , cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a large bowl
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Easy Breakfast Cheese Danish

Preheat oven to 350% degrees and grease a 13x9 baking pan
- Glaze:
- 2 cans ready to use refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar

- 1 avocado sliced in half and peeled
- Kosher salt

- 1/4 cup white vinegar

Grilled Lamb Chops / Gorgonzola Butter

Marinade; in a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, shallots, garlic, and rosemary leaves
- Lamb chop marinade;
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 2 tbs minced garlic
- 4 tsp finely chopped rosemary or 2 tsp dried, crumbled

- 2 1/2 lbs rack of lamb, cut into 8 chops
- Gorgonzola Butter;
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tsp butter, room temperature
- 2 tsp minced shallots
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 oz. gorgonzola cheese
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice

In a small skillet saute onion in butter over medium heat until translucent
- CILANTRO-LIME MAYO:
- 1 medium Vidalia onion finely diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 lbs fresh sea scallops
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp bread crumbs
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp graed fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 12 mini burger buns or small soft dinner rolls
- 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 garlic clove peeled
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce (tabasco)
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 cup mayonnaise

Double Strawberry Pie

Directions Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups frozen strawberries, unsweetened, partially thawed in refrigerator
- Crust:
- 1 (11-ounce) box pie crust mix
- 1/3 cup strawberry nectar, cold, plus 1 tablespoon
- 1 egg
- Sugar, for sprinkling
