Lasagna Rolls

- 3/4 tsp salt, plus more for saltin water
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground bld pepper
- 1 to 2 tbls olive oil12 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella ( 4 ounces)

- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
Coconut milk Tilapia

Crispy Duck Laque

French Onion Soup

- 5-6 cups yellow onions thinly sliced ( about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs)
- 1 tbs cooking oil
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbs flour
- 6 cups beef stock
- 1 cup wine ( white or red)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- salt and pepper
- 12 oz. swiss, cheese, grated
- 4 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 raw yellow onion
- 2-3 tbs cognac
- 8 slices French bread ( about 1 inch thick)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, for drizzling
Key Lime Pie

1) For pie crust: Preheat oven to 325%F
- PIE CRUST:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbs all purpose flour (combined with above)
- 1 x-large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbs molasses
- 1/2 Tbs ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- FILLING:
- 1 can 14oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 4 x-large egg yolks
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
PORK DISH

Boil 2 cups water in dutch oven pan, add rice and remove from stove
- 1 lb pork steak cubed
- 2 cups celery diced
- 1 cup onion diced
- 1 can sliced mushroom drained
- 4 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 can chicken & rice soup + 1 can water or
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup rice-scalded in 2 cups water (use water)
