Chicken Verde Wonton Tacos

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 4 ounces cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup salsa verde
- 1 Tablespoon light sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 2 Tablespoons sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup reduced fat Mexican blend cheese
- 8 wonton wrappers (these can be found in the refrigerated produce section by the Asian products)
- (optional) 2 Tablespoons diced avocados (add 50 calories for this) and cilantro for topping
Easy Italian Unstuffed Shells

- 1 box medium pasta shells (about 4 cups, uncooked)
- 1 pound Italian bulk sausage or ground beef, cooked
- 40 ounces pasta sauce
- 0.75 cups cream cheese spread* * Italian Cheese and Herb Philadelphia Cooking Creme
- 0.25 cup milk
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 cups chopped fresh basil (optional)
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste or 2-4 canned anchovies
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup chopped tarragon
- 3 Tbsp chopped chives

- Asian Sauce Ingredients:
- frozen meatballs- heat through
- 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
