Twist-a-Ronis

- 1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 t. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 (15 oz) can fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tube ready-made pizza dough (Pillsbury)
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cooking spray
LWL Fiber Bars

Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan
- 2 cups Kashi cereal (your choice, but I like the Kashi Go lean)
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup oatmeal (uncooked, old-fashioned or quick cooking; not steel cut)
- 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour (or reg. whole wheat flour, but ww pastry flour is best)
- 3/4 cup dried blueberries
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar or Sucanet (evaporated sugar cane juice)
- 1/2 cup honey (or blue agave syrup)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (I used cold pressed safflower)
- 1/3 cup egg substitute (like EggBeaters)
Homemade Hamburger Buns

In a large bowl sprinkle the yeast from the packet in the hot roll mix over 3/4 cup plus 2 T

Cream together butter and shortening
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 1/4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
- 3 T. cocoa
- 1.4 cup margarine
- 3-4 T. milk
Beef Stroganoff

Season steak strips with House Seasoning, then dust with flour
- 1-1/2 pounds cubed round steak, cut into thin strips
- House Seasoning (recipe follows)
- All-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (10-3/4 oz) can beef broth
- 1 (10-3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- Cooked egg noodles
- House Seasoning (I make 1/2 recipe and keep in jar with spices in pantry since Paula Deen uses it in a lot of recipes.)
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- Mix the ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Kate's Peanut Butter Balls
